🎨 How to order
1. Upload a photo of your pet, loved one, or anything meaningful.
2. We hand-draw a custom illustration based on your image. (Upon request, a digital preview will be sent to your email within 3 business days so you can review and approve the design before we proceed to printing.)
3. Your drawing is printed on a high-quality white ceramic mug made just for you.
📤 How to Upload Your Photo
• Use the upload button on the product page to submit your photo.
• Make sure the photo is clear and well-lit for the best drawing results.
• Multiple subjects (e.g., more than one pet or person) are allowed – just let us know in the order note.
• If you don’t select a photo, we’ll choose the best one for your design.
